Mark is Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Regent College. He is also a jazz pianist. His most recent book is Improvising Church: Scripture as the Source of Harmony, Rhythm, and Soul (IVP Academic, 2023), and his book Preaching in a New Key: Crafting Expository Sermons in Post-Christian Communities is forthcoming from IVP Academic in 2025.
