On Sunday August 19, 2018, Amy Anderson, Regent grad and Director of Communications and Public Engagement at Regent College, speaks on the theme of God’s all-encompassing love. Throughout Scripture we see God acting in love toward creation, toward his people as a collective, and toward his people as individuals. Both Old and New Testaments show a God whose love is persistent, faithful, and transformative. But many Christians still do not truly believe that God loves them. We are called to speak into this, encouraging each other to receive and live into this love. This is important not only existentially, but also practically: deep confidence in God’s love is essential in developing hopeful faith, healthy service, and holy love for God, creation, and each other.
